Mending the Gap seeks to improve the lives of elderly families in need by offering the following services to senior citizens over 60 residing in low-income housing, extended stay motels, and their homes in Gwinnett County and surrounding communities in GA:

• Assistance with food, toiletries & cleaning supplies 

• Friendly call

• Referral of resources  

 

All services are offered at no cost to seniors! Seniors will not be placed on a waiting list.
